GOVERNMENT'S SECRET FORM OF HARASSMENT: GANG STALKING AGAINST ACTIVIST

      The type of harassment the Government uses against American Activist  is called gang stalking which is a covert government, police or private corporation operation designed to destroy a target. Gang-stalking is a method of harassment by a group of people against an individual in order to harass or demean them on a consistent and perpetual basis over an extended period of time. Gang stalking, literally, is an attempt to alter the mental, nervous or emotional state of a target individual; gang stalking, said plainly, is mind control. Florida private investigator David Lawson is an expert on gang stalking and has exstensive knowledge about these crimes against targets. Past covert CIA, FBI, NSA and military programs of the 1960s, 70s, and 80,s were stopped by congress and now  our intelligence agencies have ‘brought these same covert operations into the streets targeting people today known as gang stalking which is a massive covert operation creating tens of thousands harassment victims. The technology and psychological techniques used in these sadistic acts of hidden psychological violence are documented all of which occur across the country.

      These terrorist stalkers, the political stalkers, have motivations that parallel those of more traditional terrorists. That is, stalking is a weapon of terror used to accomplish a political agenda. Utilizing the threat of violence to force the stalking target to engage in or refrain from engaging in particular activity usually political activities. For example, most prosecutions in this stalking category have been against anti-abortionists who stalk doctors in an attempt to discourage the performance of abortions. Make no mistake - some of these harassment techniques are very serious and destroy the target's reputation, credibility, ability to earn a living, and family and business relationships. The Intelligence Agencies do not want their modern day FBI COINTELPRO criminal activity against activists or any other American citizens being made public. They try and discredit Americans by trying to portray targets as crazy. They are masters of deception and this is how dirty our Governemnt has become.

 

      We urge government gang stalking victims to gather as much evidence to build a criminal case against the gang stalkers for prosecution. The DOJ OIG accepts complaints filed against any Department of Justice employee for misconduct and violation of civil rights such as the FBI, DEA, USMS, ATF, BOP, etc.

 

      It is important to gather as much evidence as you can before filing your complaint. If the gang stalking is politically motivated you should contact a lawyer for assistance in filing a Bivens Lasuits with liablity under Title 42, United States Codes , sections 1985(3) and 1986 seeking damages for the harassment for having exercised your Freedom of Speech protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. You should also seek assistance from the lawyer seeking to file criminal charges against those involved in the gang stalking conspiracy pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, section 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights). That federal law says that whoever shall harass, intimidate or threaten any citizen for having exercised any constitutional rights (such as the First Amendment) shall be guilty of this conspiracy and recieve up to 10 years in federal prison and/or a fine. 18 USC section § 241. The Number of Gang Stalking Incidents in the U.S. (Click Onto the U.S. Department of Justice Below For Report)

According to U.S. Department of Justice crime survey statistics obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request, in 2006 there were an estimated 446,790 gang stalking incidents involving three or more perpetrators stalking a single individual. Of those incidents, it was estimated – based on victim reports – that at least 40 percent apparently involved coordination of the stalking among the multiple perpetrators.
